Cancellation Policy

Consultation Services Terms Scope of Consultation Consultation services are limited to discussion and analysis based solely on the information provided by the client at the time of the call. No verification or independent investigation of facts is performed unless expressly agreed in writing. Reliance on Information Provided Advice provided during the consultation is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the client. If additional or different facts later become available, conclusions and recommendations may change. Educational and Preliminary Guidance Consultation services are intended to provide general guidance and preliminary insight. Implementation of strategies, preparation of filings, or formal written opinions requires a separate engagement agreement. Non-Refundable Fee Policy Consultation fees are non-refundable, including in situations where: the client needs to cancel or reschedule, the client later determines services are not needed, the outcome differs from expectations, additional facts arise after the consultation, or the client elects not to proceed with further services. Payment secures reserved professional time and analysis prior to and during the consultation. No Ongoing Engagement Created A consultation does not establish an ongoing professional relationship or engagement beyond the scheduled session unless confirmed separately in writing. Client Responsibility The client remains responsible for all decisions, filings, and actions taken based on consultation discussions.
