Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise noted. Payments are securely processed online via Stripe.

Retainers

If a retainer is required for services, it is non-refundable and applied to future service hours.

Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for services once rendered or for retainers. Please ensure you are ready to proceed before submitting payment.
